First the goods: 1. Nice PP work 2. Good background selection 3. Non-distractive clothing
Now, the not so goods: 1. There is something in the frame or the lens focal length that seems to exaggerate the size of the belly, i.e. make it less flattering 2. I'd take care of the red object the husband's holding, unless it has a special value 3. I'd photoshop the veins in the belly 4. Something in the husband's eyes makes them appear hollow, I'd take care of that. For that matter, I'd add some sparkle to everybody's eyes 5. Lady's right foot leads the eye out of the frame, I'd fix that 6. Husband's right arm (left in the frame) appears to be detached from his body, perhaps because of the blown-up white in the background 7. The elder girl's hands are the only ones we do not see. I'd try to show them.
Overall, good capture. Couple of little things and you can make it a great moment. Cheers!
